The Pedors Classic Black

This is the defining shoe of the Pedors® line.  It is the shoe that started a revolution in orthopaedic shoe design when it was launched in 1997 in the USA.

The Pedors Classic features a heat-moldable upper made from Pedoprene™, a proprietary stretch material unique to the Pedors® brand.

The shoe also features a removable insole and so is orthotic friendly, accepting both the Pedors 3P Insert and the Genext Orthotic System and custom orthotics.  The shoe is light-weight, machine-washable and available in full and half sizes and three widths.

~ Medium (B/C fitting)

~ Wide (D/E fitting)

~ Extra Wide (EEE + fitting)

This shoe most often used by people who have corns, bunions, diabetes, arthritis, hammertoes or basically any forefoot abnormality.

The Classic is also available in Beige and Brown.

You may return undamaged items that are in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you want to exchange for something else or simply get 100% money back, no questions asked.

Only shoes I can walk in (review submitted to

Posted by Marsha on 8th Jul 2014

Best shoes I've ever had! I suffered for 10 years with other supposedly comfy shoes in orthopedic shoe stores, before I found these. Took me a few pairs to realize I no longer needed to wear triple wide, as I had in my other shoes with my painful bunion and arthritis. With these I can wear mediums! And they stretch for when my feet swell. I don't even need to wear extra pads or orthotics in them.

I love these shoes. (review submitted to

The bunion on one foot has caused my big toe to lean over and put pressure on the toe next to it, causing the toe to bend up. These shoes allow for this irregularity and I can wear my orthotics too.

Must Have Shoes (review submitted to

Posted by Beverley Stallworth on 8th Jul 2014

I have used Pedors for the past ten years and love them. They are very well made and well worth the investment. When this last pair wore out, I couldn't wait to get a new pair. I have a lot of problems with my feet and Pedors are the answer to my problems. You are a great company to deal with. I don't even have to leave my house to purchase a pair of Pedors. Thank you for a great product.

I am completely satisfied with my recent purchase from Pedors. The shoes are completely comfortable and solve the problems I have with my feet. I definitely recommend them to anyone, especially if they have problems finding comfortable shoes.

Pedors Are My "Go TO" Shoes (review submitted to

Posted by Tom B. on 8th Jul 2014

I've been wearing Pedors Classic Black Shoes for about twenty years. They are comfortable, easy to get into and have no seems or sharp edges to cause foot problems. These shoes were originally recommended by my podiatrist to help with my various foot issues. He was right on target with his evaluation of the product.

This is my second pair. I wore the first pair completely out. As a diabetic we have to be really vigilant with our feet. Pedors goes a long way in helping.
