Pedors Australia Shipping
All orders shipping to an Australian address qualify for FREE Express Post Shipping.
All deliveries will be via Australia Post. Australia Post will not leave parcels without a signature. If you're not home when the products are delivered, a card will be left to collect your product from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier. Shoes cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and all our pricing is true and correct. If in the unlikely event we have listed an item that isn't available or we're unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss an alternative product, a backorder date or to cancel your order.
Credit Cards are charged only at time of shipment. When you place your order we authorize your card to ensure that your information has been entered correctly and that there are sufficient funds available. Only when your products actually ship do we capture the funds.
Also, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any international shipping.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Pedors Australia Returns Policy
You may return undamaged items that are in new unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if you want to exchange for something else or simply get 100% money back, no questions asked. We actively encourage you to try on any product on the site in your home. If the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a full, 100% refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
